I think it is the pure embodiment of our celebrity culture, which exists and is highly profitable, so is not going away any time soon. Just let it all wash over you, it's only three months of unavoidable saturation coverage.

No you're not the only person, every other person on here has posted the same question as you. And feels that they can talk down to anyone who, heaven forbid, enjoys watching it. I am not personally bothered either way, I watch it if I am in and it is on. If I don't want to watch something I turn over, if it is in the paper or a magazine and I don't want to read it then I simply don't!

Oddly enough, the last post on (before I post this) says "no one forces you to watch it" which is true, but that isn't a problem for me - if I don't like something, I don't watch it.

BUT we are forced (at least I am in work) to listen to the morons who do watch it constantly going on about it. I can quite happily live without BB and not condemn those who do like it, but what I object to is them trying to ram it down my throat vicariously.
