However I definitely don't that showing support for England is tacky. I always get into the swing of things (flags and bunting etc.) and always believe (in my heart) that we can win it.
My collection of England support memorabilia is steadily growing in readiness for the tournament in June and July, and incidentally, July the 9th, is also our wedding anniversary so if all goes to plan, this will be a fantastic double celebration! Come on lads!!!
It would have been better if all these simple people flying the England flag had displayed it on St George's day (23rd April). And how can they call it the England team when not all the players are English and their manager is a foreigner?
I hope the flags have the facility to be lowered to half-mast when England have lost!
