If someone has been givin a fine for possesion of a class b drug (didnt go to court just got fine through door) would this stop them being allowed a visitor visa to go to Australia for three weeks?

It was amphetamine (speed) just a tiny bit though

If he's got a record of anykind (criminal) he will not get a visa .

Dolly, only if it's in the Australian immigration computer, which is highly unlikely for a trivial offence that didn't even go to court.


And as long as he doesn't say anything about it of course.


If her bought his air tickets through a travel agent I'm surprised they didn't sell him a visa (ETA) for several times the DIY fee.
