I have found out that if a person with a disability goes on holiday with someone else who looks after them both the carerer and thedisabled person gets money off the holiday.

I was wondering does anyone know where else I can find out about this.

Thank you

I have a Handicapped daughter, and we use 'Holiday Homes for the Handicapped', they are in Essex, and have some self catering Chalets in Great Yarmouth, they give a really good discount.

However, if thats no good, contact your local Mencap, even if the person your talking about isn't mentally disabled, they'll know all the contacts you'll need. Good luck.

RADAR publish a very informative guide to holidays in Britain and Ireland for disabled people. If you don't want to pay the 14.50 it costs, then your reference library should have a copy.

where did you hear about it? Wherever/whoever you heard it from might be a good place to start for more information
