Carry a handgun?

Are there any countries where you can legally carry a handgun and if so where?

I believe they're allowed in certain states in the USA, but there are strict laws on how they can be carried. Some states say you have to keep them concealed, others say you must have them on display.

well, most police besides the ENglish, pack hand guns,

and I think most countries would have licences under certain cinditions.

After Dunblane, in the uK 'everyone' agreed not to use various categories ever, but I dont suppose other countries have such a rule

in the usa you can get a concealed wepons permit if you have no fellony convictions and no history of mentel ilnes

Now I'm not up to date on this but I think in the US it is legal to carry a gun if it's not concealed. It may well have ben changed but I always thought that it was a constitutional right.
