I'm trying to find out what companies are on the following estates:

Canning Town
Woodwharf Business Park
Blackwall Trading Estate

Is there somewhere you can get a list of who's where?

Find the name of individual roads in the estates, then go to the Royal Mail postcode finder. That gives a list of all addresses per postcode.
