I am trying to help my friend with her hen night. We need to find a foody type bar in London with Salsa music (if possible). If Lain is not poss we are just looking for somewhere suitable for a group of mixed ages but not too cheesy more of a cool cocktail type place with music than a Tiger Tiger if you get me?

We both live and work in London so can check out places no probs but time is running out Hen night in 2 and a half weeks! Help!!

Thanks for your help!

Just spoken to the bride-to-be and salsa/latin isn't that important.... if that helps at all?
Corum on Queenstown Rd, Battersea is a nice cocktail bar. They do food too. It's just up the road from Clapham Junction if you fancy moving on somewhere else.
You could try Cafe Pacifico in Convent Garden.
I went on a Hen dooo to "Break for the Border" in Argyle Street. It's Tex-Mex food and really good live music. We had a fantastic night. If you Google Break for the Border, you will get some info. Good luck & have fun.x
Bar Cuba on Kensington High Street, do great cocktails, and snacks, but also have a seperate area for dining, and a salsa bar/club downstairs. They also offer an hour salsa lesson on some evenings before it becomes a club, and if you buy a drink the lesson is free.
