I think its about 5%. There are almost 60 million people in the UK and almost 3 million in Wales.

Pithead is doing a quiz by the look of some of the questions .

According to the census returns for 2001 Wales had then 2,903,085 inhabitants 4.9% of the population of the UK.

Pithead ...if you put all these questions for your quiz in Quizzes and Puzzles regardless of subject matter you will probably find they will be answered with no problem and no flippant remarks .
I have not had a sense of humour bypass ..I just don't think it's nice to do this to genuine people who just want a simple answer to their question..
