I bought a dvd ezmaker usb2.0 I have video's and tapes from my camcorder I want to put onto dvd I loaded it on my computer but the drop down menue does not work I have uninstalled it and tried again message reads no driver is loaded I went to control panel which shows that I have a driver please can you help I am using compaq laptop
