You can get loads of stick on ones... anything else will last a lot longer than five years.

Its always been a risk but recent research has shown that Temporary Tattos are far less temporary than originally thought. i.e. dont expect it to go away, it might but I wouldnt advise getting a tattoo unless your sure you will be happy with it. I have 2 and to be honest after a while they just become like a mole and you dont really notice them but remember many people regret getting them.
