fancy dress - white cat?

I'm going to a fancy dress party, and i thought about going as a white cat. I'm blonde, so I thouht I could wear a long gold dress and then attach a tail at the back. A lot of people I havent seen for a while will be at the party so I need to look great... What do people think?

Well you know - white and gold kind of go together...I don't have a white dress - and it isnt gold as in sparkly but more like pale gold...

any ideas for body though - paint or fur? Bit confused with it all!!

how about a gold cats collar with a little bell on ? and maybe take some catnip with you.

I once went to a Hallowe'en party as a black cat. I dressed all in black, made myself a tail (it might have been out of tights) and found a great half face cat mask. You could always just draw whiskers on your face though. One little point - if you're going dressed in gold couldn't you be classed as a ginger tom?

just a thought, if you have gold dress, how about the girlie out of GoldFinger??? Not a great suggestion, I know, but worth consideration.

Good fancy dress is more about sugestion than actually 'looking' like something - the cat idea is great.

What will enhance the image apart from the tail and collar is some long whiskers - scrubbing brush brietles should do, and some ears - make them out of paper and fasten them to an alice band. ome black on the end of your nose, and make your eyes up really bright, and you'll look fabulous.
