Mars the mutt was plucked from the jaws of death by actor David Hewlett, one of the leading actors in Stargate Atlantis, and his girlfriend Jane Loughman. From a stray with an uncertain future he has now become the toast of Hollywood by starring in his own film.
David Hewlett and Mars wrote and directed the film "A dog's breakfast", a hilarious film about a dysfunctional family and the poor canine that hast to live in the chaos. And where mans best friend certainly makes the worst accomplice.

Or read the blog of a dog at http://www.adogsbreakfastmovie.com Mars has also allowed his 'dad' to update us about the film via the site.
Enjoy!
--David Hewlett is trying to get knowledge of his film out to the masses. His dog, Mars, is beautiful and is in the film. The film also stars Kate Hewlett (David's sister) and Paul McGillion from Atlantis. Chris Judge and Rachel Luttrell also have small parts. It looks like it may be a really good film.
