surname origins & Wedding words

Am looking for a website/company [preferably UK based] that will reproduce my surname's orgins & family crest [if any] as well as both of wifey's. Mainly need them as either a jpeg file or bitmap to incorporate into invites/order of service for next year's retaking of wedding vows.
