70's photographer help!!!!

I am desperate to find the name of a photographer and his photos from the seventies. The subject was always women in sheer clothing with floppy hats and usually carrying flowers (think flake advert) the settings are usually country lanes, sometimes there was one woman sometimes two..i remember one with a tandem bike. My mum had them on her wall when i was a child in about '78.... I know the pictures are well known because they were featured on an 'i love the 1970's' programme recently. I think the photographer was only famous for these pictures...I even saw one of them in an episode of Prisoner cell Block H!!! so they were certainly global though had an english look about them
