Song name please.

I'm looking for the name of a song, and/or the band or singers name, of a song that I heard a couple of times on Accuradio.com. It is probably classified as an alt-folk song. It had a female singer with "Strrrrrriiiiiiiikkkkkke!" being a lyric. Kind of a march beat. Definitely the lyrics were union related and she was singing about sweeping up, picking up skirt seams, joining unions etc. Best I can do, thank you.
