I am trying to decide on a walking holiday for May this year and have thought about either St Cuthberts Way or the Wye Valley Way.

I walked the Herriot Way in the Yorkshire Dales last year and was blown away by the scenery and wondered if either of these can compare (as I live in London I want to feel as if I'm in the middle of nowhere) . I don't want to go back to Yorkshire as I want to see a different part of Britain

Has anyone walked either of these paths? What did you think of them? What's the scenery like, the terrain etc .

Thanks!

I don't do walking holidays and I don't know about St Cuthberts Way, but I do know that the Wye Valley is a stunning part of the country. Well worth a visit in my opinion.

I hope you have a great holiday, wherever it is you choose to go.
