speaking as the reincarnation of imelda marcos, i need to know whether you are after a ladies or a gents shoe / boot, and what part of the country you are in. nothing too specific, coz you dont want funky shoe stalkers, in the meantime, i suggest pied a terre, as i've never left there without something beautiful. the possibilities are endless when it comes to shoes :-)

Dorothy Perkins have a really nice ankle boot at the minute with squared off toes....don't know if they have a website or not but they are on every high st. up and down the country.

well im not very familiar with ' the north' (i have seen it on motorway signs), so i did a funky square toe reckie today on the stores that are everywhere. debenhams had a suprising amount of just what i was looking for, and there were some faith boots and shoes which were reduced to prices where it would be rude not to buy them, needless to say i have expanded my shoe collection a little, so thankyou for that and i recommend your nearest large debenhams. :-)

i know this isn't giving you a website, but you really do have to touch and smell shoes before you know if they're friendly.
