working a whole month with no brake?

Hi again i dont know what this should go into but my sis is working all through december with no brakes admitedly its only for the mornings but still whats your opinons on it and what pay should she receive for working chrimbo and boxing day?

As ofr not having a day off it all depends on the type of job..if it is the postmen where there are large seasonal demands then it may well be part of the working coniditions...if not then complain.
she works 4 hours a day 7 days a week. she is a cleaner at the local hotel and her wages are not that good.she had a week off in november and they gave her very little in the way of payed leave. the bosses daughter lives with them but she cant be bothered to help. we have no union i am aware of so any info apreciated.
