I have never been a fan of GM. Nothing to do with his sex life, just his music. Now I am left admiring him as a human being because of his statement regarding his future earnings. He says that he has enough money to last a life time and anything he now earns will all go to charity. Do you know of anyone else who has done this?

I thought Elton John said the same thing about 5 or 6 years ago. But that was before his love of flowers got the better of him!

since I bought Older I admire his music...am actually listening to Patience at this moment....but I have to say I prefer going to a shop and getting a cd+box+booklet and don't mind paying the price for something that I like. Am kinda dubious about of new step of releasing over the internet...and pay if you want..It cheapens the product for me (no pun intended). Subconsciously I'm sure I think "that nothin aint worth nothin when its free". perhaps I am too old to change my ways.
