At one time we had 3 cars insured with N.U. or N.U. direct but got fed up with the inability of the Mumbai call centre to deal with simple changes or questions. They were always polite but failed to understand what we were asking. I have to agree with Norman, Confused is a useful site, just make sure all the call centres are in the UK
Confused.com came up with swiftcover for my wife. Saved a load of money, and I thought I was already getting a great deal with Churchill. They (swiftcover) have their own web site too.
