Highly annoying - rant time

Why do some AB users post non-answer responses to certain questions asked - especially when no debate or opinion is invited. It's so irratating when users who obviously don't have the answer continue to post anyway putting their two irrelevant bits in.

For example: Q:'did anyone record the show where X was interviewed?' A: 'I love X'

Kindly resist!
