Trying to find a lovely reasonably priced hotel in Scotland for my parents wedding anniversary

Please, please help, I have been looking for a while for a lovely hotel in Edinburgh as a surprise for my Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary, I am working to abit of a budget, but have about �190 for the night. I have looked on so many websites, but trip advisor always puts me off, has anybody got any experiences of a lovely place to stay in Edinburgh. Thank you so very much in advance for any answers.

Another thought! Le (or La )Monde in George Street (very central)
a lovely boutique hotel though probably pricey.
