You may well have to 'upgrade' your 14 year old to an adult.
The Santa Fe has adjoining rooms as do, I would imagine, some of the other hotels in Disney itself
This hotel will provide you with an extra bed on request, but if you;re lucky with booking.
I have to say I think you may be unlucky as you have left it so late. I just did 3 searches for for all Disney hotels and they have nothing for 2+3 in any of them
Best of Luck!

We stayed at the Mytravel Explorers hotel, the rooms have 2 double beds and a separate room with a set of bunk beds. I booked on the internet. The Disney buses run every 20 mins or so between the hotel and parks. It has a pool and a soft play area for toddlers.
If you are thinking of booking it, check the prices with and without Disney tickets - if you stay 2 nights, for example, they will try and include tickets for 3 days at the parks. I knew we would be arriving in the afternoon and wouldn't get much time in the parks on that day, so I just booked the hotel and bought 2 day passes for the parks separately. Hope I'm making sense!
Also , just to let you know, we found a good place to eat in the Disney marketplace that wasn't too expensive. It was an American style deli, and was fine for kids.
