On the afforementioned topic of where to live in Manchester; I'm re-locating soon on a budget and so am looking for somewhere modest, ie cheap(but not too dodgy), with a good mix of friendly folk and a bit of a buzz... (I don't ask for much do I?) Any ideas, Mancunians?
