Who owns Trout lodge on cannock chase?

There is a Beautiful Wooden building on Cannock Chase called Trout Lodge next to Horsepasture pool. Does anybody know who owns it? I was wondering whether it was somebody famous?

I do not have the answer, but the question is driving me crazy, I saw a couple with two young Children drive in to the lodge just the other day, they did not look familular. The other item that puzzles me is that you are not supposed to take photos of the area, this makes me think that there may be military use behind it.

If you have found anything out could you please let me know, there is no inofrmation on the internet.
