Plastering uneven brick walls
Hi
I'm in the process of getting a new bathroom fitted and getting my walls tiled.
The walls in the bathroom had wood panelling to dado height and when I've removed this the walls are bare brick and about 3/4 of an inch receded from the top of the walls that didn't have the panelling.
I've been told it will be too expensive to get a plasterer to fill this in and I should get a joiner to fit "false walls" before I can get it tiled. Is this right?
I hope this makes sense.
