Ive been to a wedding at Powderham Castle in S. Devon, very nice!!! http://www.powderham.co.uk/
Bodlewydden castle/church is fab!! it's in North Wales - ideal for a wedding and it is also used as a hotel so you can book rooms to stay over etc...
I've been to ten weddings in the last 27 months so can recommend a few places - it does depend on what area you are looking at though! Some of the places are - Thornton Manor Hotel, Thornton Hough, Wirral; Jeremys restaurant, Borde Hill, Borde Hill Gardens, Haywards Heath, Sussex (this was my favourite I think); Petwood House, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, Northcote Manor, Langho near Whalley, Lancashire and the Last Drop Village, Bolton.
