Hello,

I was completely unsure as to where I should post this question, but I thought maybe some of you would remember anything from the news over the last few years.
I am studying for A-level Business Studies, and I am doing a case study on British Airways. My task is to identify 6 problems that British Airways has faced within the last 10 years.
For example;
In June 2005, a Concorde flight from Paris to America, crashed killing 100 passengers, 9 crew members, and 4 people on the ground. After this event, BA still continued Concorde flights which caused great controversy.
September the 11th was also another example.

I have scoured the internet to find any more problems, be it financial, economic, natural disasters, etc but I am not having much luck in finding anything.
I just wondered if any ABer's can remember or have heard of any issues or problems on the news, about British Airways over the last 10 years?

Thanks in Advance,
Laura.
