we seem to have little collections of people who know each other on answerbank - for example Nedflanders, Mucko and Buttons. Does anyone else have a group of friends on answerbank?
I'm a member of that, but I've never posted - what with loan adverts and a rather scary pic of a baby (did he make you jump too or was it just me) can never seem to work out what everyone is talking about I always seem to be in the middle of an intense discussion the origins of which are beyond me! - so i guess i'm a self-inflicted friendless answerbanker (sounds a bit like that should be slang for something)
iggyb - i'm there too, and that pic scares me silly! you have to be quite dedicated (which i find easy - i'm addicted and love those loons!) otherwise it makes no sense! come play...
I am a loner as no one wants to know me since a little deathstar incident. I keep reminding people that it was over 10 years ago and that a crime is 'spent' in this country after 6 years but it seems i am tattooed for life with this indiscretion. You all think that ex-Jedi masters have no feelings don't you? I'm off to ring Alec Guiness.....
that baby picture is scary! I think i'll have night mares for weeks now. I think ned, mucko&buttons would be fun to work with, they seem to have a laugh - even at each others expense! I put money on it being some sort of call centre job
I understand an AB convention was held in Glasgow some years ago; I could not go because May is my busiest time with assessment for my degree. Perhaps some users met there? I don't know whether other conventions have been held since.
I don't have ANY friends. But I am really Jennifer Aniston so I am therefore married to one of the regular contributors on this site who is in fact Brad Pitt. Rumour is that I am up the duff because my usually ironing-board flat tummy is a bit podgy. Must be all that pumping Brad's been doing. Anyway, I digress, in actual fact we are ALL friends together on this site, a community of erudite, eloquent, open-minded and balanced folk, who just wish to magnanimously share their wit and wisdom.
