massive white hotel spotted nr church stretton

when travelling down A49 to craven arms from Shrewsbury, we went thru a village called Church Stretton, and on our right we could see a huge white hotel high up in the valleys, anyone know the name of it, it looks breathtaking!

Wilderhope Manor (which is owned by the National Trust but run as a youth hostel by the YHA) is roughly at the location you refer to. Is this it?

hello there.i live near to the hotel in question.it is the longmynd hotel.nice place.could do with a little updating.mid range on price.outdoor pool.we use it for somewhere quiet for afternoon tea now and again.
