Merkel attacks Mugabe at Lisbon summit
Hunched and inscrutable, President Robert Mugabe was forced to listen as Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, took him to task for "damaging Africa's image" around the world.

As other EU leaders made it there, I think it was foolish for him to stay away. In doing so I think he looks little more than a petulant child rather than an up front adult and leader.
