I saw on a previous post that you believe I could be part of some sort of conspiracy arranged by JoeHotPot to make a mockery of the Q&P site?

I've no idea who Joe is and I'm actually quite offended that you believe I'd do something like this. I answered a couple of his questions in good faith, and really hate the idea that you (or indeed anyone) would think i'd be up to no good.

As i've also said, I do occasionaly venture out of ChatterBank you know and answer sensible questions with equally sensible replies.

Whats narking me is that I answered a couple of questions in good faith and someone on here believes that they are either joke responses or that i'm somehow part of some sort of consipiracy against the category. And also that I'm classed as an idiot as I usually frequent ChatterBank

Hi BOO ... as a regular visitor to the Q&P site, and one who ventures very occasionally to see what's going on elsewhere on AnswerBank, I am able to fully support your above comments.

OK I admit I can be a bit of an idiot, but only if the question merits it.

I certainly wouldn't dream of answering a sensible post, which i believed that was, with a daft answer.

I also have to admit that I'm disapointed that it was Gen who said that comment, as whilst I've never really spoken to him/her often on here I thought I'd been a member of the site long enough for him/her to know I'm not like that.

Boo, I nearly answered a couple until I realised Joe had posted a WHOLE quiz in sections and then said why should he google when the idiots on here could do the work for him?

If you notice, the one post of his where I did post replies it was either his 1st or 2nd posting. There was no indication of it being a mickey take and as such I didn't think, at the time, that it was.

Sorry B00 I didn't mean to offend you. We had just suffered a monster invasion from JoeHotpot (aka Doc Spock??) who posted 18 times with an average of around 15 questions in each one (clearly a prank). Your answers seemed to be supporting this but I concede that could just be an unfortunate coincidence.

You were not alone in answering as I didn't catch on either and answered one on the first lot of questions.
Whomever it is that set the lists of questions obviously had lots of time to kill or absolutely nothing else to do.
Pity as there is so much one can do to help others in this world - a bit of volunteer work in a hospice might be an alternative way of filling in one's time.
