Does anyone know if you can buy a ticket for the London Eye actually at the London Eye on the day (dont mind queing), or do you have to purchase one before hand from the Internet?

You can buy it on the day. I was there last year and I think it cost about �12-13 per person.
Last time I went on the Eye we bought tickets on the day, it was a Saturday and the queue for tickets wasn't that long [about 10 minutes - entrance to the ticket office is diagonally opposite the eye in County Hall] but you then have to queue to get on which took about half and hour.
