There can't be too many.The Americans' unfamiliarity with them was the basis of a joke in the film "National Lampoon's European Vacation" where the Griswald family drove on a roundabout in London and then found they didn't know how to get off.

Not too many, but I certainly know of a few - one or two in Chicago area for example.

There are a few. There's one near Venice Beach in L.A, that I was told was a very rare thing when we drove round it.

I know of one in Washington DC. They call them rotaries.
