Does anyone know what the difference bewteen 'new bone china' and 'fine bone china' is?

I suspect it's to do with the ingredients in the clay from which the items are made.
For example, there's fine china, superfine china, bone china, and fine bone china, all with different formulas and costs of production. Of these, fine bone china is rated as being the highest in quality, and is the most expensive to produce.
