Where does the "East coast" of the USA stop? Does it stop at Florida or continue down to Louisiana?

Florida. Between Florida and Texas is the Carribean coast, or the southern coast.

Yes it stops in Florida. Louisiana is not known as the East Coast. I should know I am orginally from New Orleans. Most of us Yanks refer to Louisiana and the surrounding states as the deep south. Hope that helps you blamman

even the northwest of florida is in the central time zone the rest is in the eastern time zone
