I have been on different weather sites which all seem to give different temperatures for tenerife. Can anyone tell me from experience what the weather is like in October?

Well into the eighties when I went in early October 1998, though take another layer if you're going up Mount Teide at all!

So it is still really hot? I like to feel like I'm cooking in the sun!!

Put it like this. It's the only time in my life that my skin's actually peeled from being out in the sun! Enjoy it, but try and have a look round the island if you get the chance.
