"The Little Girl Giant" on "Bored to Death" website

I am wanting to know if anyone knows anything about the video on "Bored to Death" of The little Girl Giant.
I think it is stunning yet so simple a concept to make a Giant marionnette.
I love it and would like to see it live but dont have a clue as to it's origin or if they do any other marionnettes.
Does anyone out there have any ideas for me.

I have just "Googled" The little Girl Giant and found out all I need to know so if you read this question and have a look at the "Girl" and want to know more then Google it.
