Many years ago in the 50s a passenger on an aeroplane took a photograph of some clouds ( i believe he was French). the clouds showed a figure of Christ..but you could only see it if you were a true believer, it was published in a daily paper but i am not sure which one,It was also published the following year again.......Has anyone any Idea which Newspaper it was ? I have contacted the Sunday people & also the News of the world in the past but cannot get any joy...
This may be what you are thinking of.... the picture was published in the Ashland ( Kentucky, USA) Daily Independent. Unfortunately, the date it was published is not given but it looks old....
Juggerling Yes it is very interesting subject..I believe it could be 1952/3,
My dear mother pinned it on our door & I kept staring at it for hours & then i saw the image & all the hairs stood up on my arms....Its a picture to behold,
I have searched the net in the past but to no avail, The photographer was either french or it was taken over france.,thom
i remember a newspaper cutting that my parents kept from about that time but it showed an aereal photo of a lake or sea with broken ice. if you were a true believer you could see the image of christ in the mosaic pattern of the ice.
