is there a minimum temperature for a normal working environment? e.g an office

(UK) it needs to be 18C within fifteen minutes of starting work There is currently no maximun temperature

Thank you. I don't suppose you know where i could find a document which says this? it's very cold here! sniff
Try this link, it takes you to the HSE web site. They should be able to provide you with relevant documentation. I've ordered free leaflets from them in the past and they're pretty good. Click here.
Of course if your job entails lower than normal enviromental temperatures then you're knackered
