In a hotel I stayed in recently I had lovely moist breakfast pastries with jam or chocolate filling-sort of croissant type pastry then jam then a slashed croissant type pastry on top. Does anyone have a recipe for these as they were lovely though probably very calorific?

Could they be 'Pain au chocholate' ? Not sure if that spellimg is right! May be you could google it & if it's right, search for a recipe! xxx
