In theory, more than likely but the ROW would never agree on tactics etc so although I agree with your idea in principle, unfortunately it would never work in practice.

No because the rest of the world's countries are so pathetic and unorganized an incapable of surviving without our help that all of them combined still would never equal the sheer intelligence, tenacity and power of our armed forces. No, honestly I think there's not much worth invading for. All of our products and services are second rate since people are more concerned with doing things quickly and cheaply than with making anything nice. The only two good things are government (which with a bit of effort could be duplicated elsewhere) and money (which can be aquired without such wasteful tactics). But I must say, I luvs me some processed cheese!
