why does your tummy get so cold when exercising?

Because the stomach has a good blood supply that is needed when digesting food, but when you're excercising, more blood is needed in the muscles, and in other parts of the body for heat loss etc. It's the oppsosite when you've eaten a big meal and the blood goes to your stomach from other parts of the body, making you feel a bit tired and listless.
Huh? Cold? I never noticed that before, but then I don't exercise much!
