Call centers....please have a rant if you think they are cr@p

I have had many problems with aol...web pages not loading, ie. google, url's

I spoke to a woman tonight from India, I am sorry if you may think i am racist or do not like foreign nationals or any thing like that, but i would say i am not as part of my family are of different ethnics.....but how cr@p are aol India, they are rude, they keep you holding on as long as possible to keep the cost up , I bet you tomorrow after logging off tonight this pc still will not load correctly tomorrow, she was so unhelpfull and kept putting me on mute so i could not hear what she was saying... .and also damn bloody annoying on repeating her self.........Bring back english call centers!!!!!

There is a reason that AOL is known as AOHell.......it isn't because of their call centres though,it is because AOL software is cr@p.

Connection problems are often because of the software with AOL cazzz :-(

I haven't got any problems with my AOL at the moment and whenever I have had in the past (3 times I think. in 3 years) they have always been really helpful and sorted my problem out straight away. I do know what you mean though, they are sometimes very difficult to understand. I just keep getting them to repeat what they are saying.

if you have a proper router with AOL and don't use their software they are actually not a bad ISP

the software is crap though and causes untold problems even after you un-install it!

I have not read all the posts yet but.....omfg.... i think it was more software, The pages would come up as loading website but never loaded, I checked all network connections and everything, She was the most shittest person that i have ever dealt with in my life, and so unhelpfull, what she asked me to do I had already had done. and then I got spoken to like i was some kind of thicko and that i have never been near a pc in my life......i am truly gob smacked
