Magic Egg
1 Answers
When I was at school (in the late 70s) our RE teacher played us a tape of some music that told a story in song.
It was presented like some sort of quirky electronic 'opera' and the only song I remember said something about a magic egg. I suspect it was full of christian symbolism as that particular teacher (if memory serves correctly) was a bit of a holy roller.
The woman's voice in the music reminded me of Lene Lovich slightly. Anyone know what it might have been? I'd love to listen to it again.

The content was poetry with musical accompaniment and the title track was sung by a female.
