Philip Hollobone Kettering visionary or ugly little Englander?

Cheapest MP in the House of Commons by far because he works part time on the Underground and is too busy to fiddle any expenses. This is not made up!
"Over the last five years, Philip has one of the best combined speaking and voting records in the House of Commons of any MP – standing up and speaking up on behalf of local people. “As the local MP, my job is to be the voice of local people at Westminster, not Westminster’s voice in Kettering,” Philip says. “My task has been to stand up and speak out for the Kettering Constituency.”
Philip has secured a record 22 special Parliamentary debates on issues important to local people such as building over-development in Northamptonshire, the funding of Northamptonshire Police, the lack of local NHS dentists, congestion on the A14, the future of sub post offices in Northamptonshire, the future of Kettering General Hospital, GPs in Northamptonshire, illegal immigrants, the involvement of local people in planning housing developments, help for small business in Northamptonshire during the recession, planning applications for windfarms in Northamptonshire, firework safety, the adoption of local residential roads by the county council, organ donation, and the control of immigration.
Philip claims the lowest expenses of any MP – over the last 5 years this has saved the taxpayer £½ million."
He is cheap but not very good. Should I vote for him?

I think I have only ever seen abiout 6 women in Kettering wearing a veil none of whom would give anty offence.
We do have quite a few drunks, people who constantly swear and people who frankly frighten anyone over 40.
Maybe what we need is a bit of perspective from our dimwitted MP Mr Hollobone rather than racist bias?
