Weather forecasting by Michael Fish

I recently saw an interview where he quoted a `standard` `couldn`t possibly be wrong` weather forecast for any place at any time.

Did anyone else see this and where can I get a copy of it?

I saw it also.  He said it during his stint in 'Dictionary Corner' on C4's Countdown the other week.

It was along the lines of; "And the summary for todays weather is that it will be mostly dry in parts with the possibility of rain later".
