Cape Verde

Hi Folks

We have been considering Cape Verde for a holiday later this year.

Cape Verde is a relatively new holiday destination, and so compared to places like mainland Europe, Turkey, Cyprus and the Spanish Islands, it will seem much undeveloped in the local areas.

The standard of in particular; Riu hotels is excellent, so have no worries about this, however we do have some concerns about other things that have been mentioned on review sites, in particular the instances of tourists being robbed.

We would welcome any personal experiences or views with regards to this and the reviews at this particular site.
