Bagpipes are used a lot in Runrig's music, not surprisingly. E.g.

Aww love Runrig, we saw them live in Northampton a couple of years back.... got the T-shirt...

Thanks to all.
I saw Runrig at the Barra' in December - one of the best gigs I've ever seen in my life. The experience of 1,900 people singing along to "Alba" in Gaelic will never leave me...
swoooooon....
Paul and Barry Ryan "I love how you love me" 1966 - I remember it being played on Juke Box Jury!
Slade seemed to use bagpipes on RunRun Away but I recall it turned out they used guitars to make the sound.
Don't forget Amazing Grace.
Did Terry Dactyl use them on something? (Seaside shuffle?)
Something by Russ Abbott, maybe?
and what about that New Year song .. Scottish one?
