One of the more commoner replies to posters on Body and Soul concerning medical topics is " why come onto AB for answers to your health questions, go to your GP, he is the expert".......Good advce.
This morning I was entertained by an 80 response thread concerning a woman who had been to her GP for a bad back and she was prescribed, quite rightly, Valium.
So what did she do? She came straight back to AB for advice and clarification.
So what do you want from Body and Soul?

sooo it might have been comforting for her to be told on here that the prescription wa correct, it might also have helped her to hear from folk who have had valium prescribed in this way and found it helpful....and I bet good old GP didn't talk to her about rashes or photosensitivity........
